Maitrī offers trauma-informed wellbeing programs that support nervous system wellbeing, emotional resilience, connection, and community through gentle movement, breath, rest, and relational care.
Programs are grounded in trauma-informed principles that prioritise safety, choice, autonomy, and respect.
This includes:
• invitational language and personal autonomy
• culturally sensitive and inclusive environments
• gentle, accessible practices suitable for diverse abilities, bodies, and lived experiences
• collaboration with trusted organisations and community groups
Everything offered through Maitrī is designed to create calm, welcoming spaces where individuals can engage at their own pace.
We welcome conversations with organisations, schools, emergency services, and community groups interested in supporting the wellbeing of their people and communities.
